Photo comment By John Mackenzie: This was my great, great grandfather James Mackenzie's place. I would be interested in any information you may have regarding this place and my ancestors. Cheers, John
Photo comment By John Mackenzie: Hi James, Have just sent a comment and now realize that I may have already made contact with you. I thought it was someone else's site. My wife and I found the place. It was rather an emotional occasion for me. What are my chances of getting a copy of your photo of the Farmhouse? Could you please let me know by email. Thanks, John
Photo comment By Kenneth Topp: Hello , I am researching Mackenzies from the Braemar area . Would you have an address for John Mackenzie who left this message . Am wondering if i have a connection as my Mackenzie ancestry from around here and all buried in Crathie kirkyard. Look forward to hear. Regards , Kenneth
Photo comment By John Mackenzie: Am responding to Kenneth Topp. I would like to correspond with him so can my email address be forwarded to him. The address is john.mackenzie@xtra.co.nz I would love to hear from him. Regards John
Photo comment By Michelle Erskine: My ancestors were the McGregors Of Clashinruich. The ancestors of my 4th great grandparents James McGregor and his wife Jannet Ritchie are proving very difficult to find. I am sure that they are the parents of my 3rd great grandmother Mary McGregor who married John Lamond in Glen Ey, lived in Glenshee Perthsire and then emigrated to New Zealand in 1857. Your photographs are beautiful.

I never heard back from Kenneth Topp. I would very much like him to touch base with me as I would like more info of my Mackenzie descendants. I have a new email address which I have included in the email box above.Any help locating Kenneth would be very much appreciated. Many Thanks. John
Photo comment By Michele Phillips: I think this was also the residence of Colin or Callum McKenzie in 1851 was James his son?
